Builders Association of Central Pennsylvania (BACP)
As a member of the Builders Association of Central Pennsylvania, we agree to abide by the Code of Ethics and Contractor Quality Commitment Program established by the association. The Code of Ethics was developed to ensure a high level of honesty and fair business practices among association members. The Contractor Quality Commitment Program was developed to establish criteria for membership into the association and to develop and enforce standards of excellence for reputable contractors.

PennDOT Certified Bituminous Pavement Field Technician
This certification is for technicians directly involved with bituminous pavement construction, testing and inspection. A written examination must be passed before receiving the five year certification. Any company working on PennDOT projects must have a certified Field Technician on the job site at all times. This ensures that the project is completed according to PennDOT Publication 408 specifications. We have a PennDOT Certified Bituminous Pavement Field Technician on our staff to ensure you always get the highest quality end-product.
PennDOT Certified Bituminous Pavement Plant Technician
This certification is for technicians directly involved with bituminous pavement mixture design, Hot-Mix Asphalt (HMA) production, process control and/or quality assurance testing. A written examination must be passed before receiving the five year certification. Any company working on PennDOT projects must utilize materials that have been designed and tested by a certified Plant Technician. This ensures that the project is completed according to PennDOT Publication 408 specifications. We have a PennDOT Certified Bituminous Pavement Plant Technician on our staff to ensure you always get the highest quality materials from our PennDOT certified Asphalt Plant.
